Pool area, location, size of rooms, staff friendliness. Restaurants good.
Rooms and furniture dated, late checkout fee when we had booked four rooms (would have thought they could have waived that as we only wanted one room for late checkout). Italian restaurant food way too salty.
Loved everything about this place. It exceeded my expectations. Have recommended to all and will definitely be coming back
Very curtious staff very clean and very good value for money.
Relatively private and high standard of comfort, yet close enough to Patong for shopping, resaurants, etc. Everything is available on-site and wouldn't need to leave the rewsort! We believe it would be an ideal location for young children and families and will hopefully return with ours!

Not enough courtesy bus times
We loved the swimming pools and pool bar. Also there is a lot of palms and other greenery around and it is very tropical looking. Also we had a great welcome and our room was decorated with rose pedals. The resort is very clean. Breakfast was good and there was a good variety of food. Free shuttle bus to Patong was also very convenient.
The beach. There are big stones in the water, and it is very shallow so you can not count on swimming here, but rather have to go to other beaches.
Beautiful resort staff so friendly pools & view of the sea was orsum, food was great.
Swimming pool and restaurants.
It does not have good beach either its own or nearest public beach for swimming and water sports. The private beach it has can be just for small strolls along side, but can not get into water at all.
Has a small beach easy to access from hotel. But just for view you can't swim. Close to Patong beach
No free internet.
- Very relaxing - didn't need to go offsite if we didn't want to - fixed price taxi charges - free shuttle - we got what we paid for and expected
- Noise of staff shifting furniture around late at night - I don't like smokers - beds too hard - no local restaurants near hotel, always had to pay a taxi into Patong Beach to experience these - limited TV station selection (ie no Tour de France coverage) - never saw the tennis court (didn't know there was one), never saw the sauna either (didn't know there was one of these either)

Overpriced food and drink. Poor service by food service staff WiFi is not free.
The pool areas were superb! The kids loved the shady playground. The view from our room was fantastic!
The beach was a bit tricky and there was a bit of a drive to town. The resort was quite crowded as it caters to charter guests.
