Had a room with access to main pool - super place -location on this place is in top super close to beach + nice pool - nice big freezer for own use - good wifi access. Excellent new rooms with private balcony directly into the pool. Couldn't be in a better location. Lovely place, grate location!. Brilliant location!. All was good.

Массаж отличный, завтраки традиционно бедные. На территории располагается дайвцентр где милые иностранцы оказывают стандартный сервис. Дайвинг скучный. Ходят на своей лодке с такими особенностями: туалет грязный с ручной системой слива, песной воды найти не удалось, все баллоны ТОЛЬКО YOK! Предупре ждайте . The location was terrific. It's on Sairee Beach, within walking distance of all necessary bars and restaurants.At the same time it's still possible to stay here in peace and quiet undisturbed by the nightlife noise. One of our two-person rooms also got upgraded to a spacious three-person room (although we don't know if this was deliberate or not), which was nice. - Big clean room with good tv channels and ac - despite poor English friendly staff especially the younger lads working there - location - practically on the beach and very close to town in sairee beach - fair price for renting snorkeling equipment - 50 baht per day, no fins though. Nice hotel, and good pool area, and only a short walk to beach. Close to nightlife and bars and restaurants. snorking, relax, shopping, good meal. The pool and the deluxe room were fine. Modern room. Breakfast waist of time - eat down the road and you will get the best. Didn't feel as if the room was worth the money. The english proficiencies of the staff were not the best and at times we struggled to understand each other.They could also have been a bit more cheerful. There were some construction work going on next to the restaurant area which was disturbing during breakfast and lunch times. There was also no information regarding this so we were a bit bothered by it. Bathroom had some ants and one cockroach in it. - Pool is extremely hot during the sunny hours and not pleasant to swim in - pool is a seawater pool - waters feels oily and felt like you need good snorkels to enjoy - some power outages but generator kicked in pretty quickly - noisy at night if you're on the second floor because of all the partying going on close by. Room was a long walk from reception area and there was no WIFI in rooms. night's party, smoking, noisy. For the price there were lots of little frustrations - no hot water, no toiletries, unhelpful staff, poor wifi in rooms. cleanliness shortage of staff. Breakfast. No fly screens!! Our expensive room was filled with mosquitoes. The staff were rude. There seemed to be no concern whatsoever if guests were happy. The place was not clean, the daily room cleaning was not up to standard. The bathroom was filthy. Food was very ordinary, especially for the price. The main swimming pool was too dirty to swim in. The whole facility is poorly maintained. The staff housing is intermixed with the guests and is not screened/sectioned off in any way. Brick paving and gardens are VERY poorly maintained. The location of the standard rooms (right next to the street) were load and the bathroom wasn't in its best. Pretty rude staff but not unusual as quiet touristy. No wifi in room. Poor restaurant. No cable TV,no telephone in the room, No Closet , Simple breakfast ,.
