  The staff was extremely helpful with every need. I am disabled and travel with a medium sized Service Dog. This is unusual in Thailand, but they were wonderful. When I lost my camera. They found it and brought it to me, even though there was no longer room available for me at their hotel.

  Everything! Although it isn't in Ao Nang it's only a 15 minutes walk or 2 minutes by tuk tuk (30 baht per person) and it's not as busy which is nice when it's time to sleep. The staff is wonderful, polite and friendly. They have an excellent restaurant which has Italian/Thai cuisine.   FIrst off, the pool was amazing. This makes up for the fact that the beach is a taxi-ride/motorbike ride away. Is is open 24 hours and is delicious in the heat. The staff are extremely helpful.
