One of the best choice if you are looking a simple appartment close to the beach. The views from big balconys are magnificant, rooms are clean, kitchen is solid equiped, appartments are big enough. Staff is kind, they serve breakfast and dinner, which we did not try. They have as well a laundry service, other guests are tranquil, mostly Germans. I will defenitely return on my next stay in Maspalomas to Aguacates. For this price you can not rent a better appartment. Highly recommended.
所有评语 » Very close to main beach, supermarket attached only a 10 minute walk to Yumbo. Staff were really friendly, quiet area which is great. Good pool with lots of loungers so no problem getting one. My room had a washing machine microwave and pool view with a very private balcony. All in all excellent. Staff was amazing!!!Really kind and disposable with us.Place was clean and tidy,nice apartments with nice view,a supermarket inside the building and a beautiful swimming pool.Restaurant was quite good also.Low budget but confortable and welcoming!. Location is excellent, good value for money. Dunes very close. Good parking options (free public parking lot right next to the hotel, many available places). Market on the first floor where you can buy fresh bread for your breakfast. The location was perfect. The reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The size is perfect and the pool was nice and quiet. - Value for money - Cleanliness - Friendly staff - Close to beach and, shopping facilities and means of transportation. The staff, the great location next to the dunes, close to all the shops and nightlife, but still in a quiet spot. Third stay at this hotel: great location, friendly staff, good room. Best rooms are on the pool side. great location large balcony nice view. positive: * very good location 2 minutes near the dunes to the beach * nice price and nice apartment * 24 h reception * should get an apartment in the ground floor, which we didnt like, restaurant was just next to room, was very hot and not good ventilated and noisy from outside ... so very good was that we could change the room without problems to the 3rd floor; and that was very nice there * pretty calm in the night with open window . Quieter part of the resort but within easy access of everything and especially the Maspalomas Dunes. Good supermarket directly onsite open 8am-10pm. Nice pool area. Nice restaurant onsite. Cita shopping centre 5 minutes walk away. Pleasant staff throughout. Daily cleaning service and fresh towels. Decent bathroom with strong shower over the bath. Nice and friendly reseptionist/owner. The posision close to the dunas. location. Lack of wi-fi. TV for pay. My boyfriend did not like the bed, maybe beds are a little out of time already. TV is tiny and you have to pay for it. No English channels. No wi fi. I have no complaints. No free wifi (we used wavenet wifi 20 euros per week). No view from second floor. Every morning about 4am garbage collectors on the street who made terrible noise. The only thing that spoilt this hotel (we have been twice and this applies both times) the gentleman who is always working in the restaurant is grumpy, moody, unhelpful and rude to be honest. - Furniture is outdated - No Wifi - No microwave - Paid television. No wifi, no microwave. Lack of toaster, microwave oven and larger fridge/freezer. Appliances do not reach power outlets to plug in. Could do with a general update from it's 1970's format. Needs wireless internet service. No toaster, microwave oven, decent size fridge/freezer, wirelessInternet and such basics as can opener & kitchen knife. Without wifi :-( pay TV. * really bad wlan-internet connection; just worked on the balkony on some places * nice bath with bd, just the shower was not so nice, but we didnt bath so for just showering it was ok * little tv with coins to insert if you want to watch!! for us it was ok, cause we didnt want to watch tv anyhow ... . Very dated furniture with uncomfortable beds. Old 'pay-to-view' TV. No kettle, microwave or toaster. The system that you must put money - coins on the tv aparatus.No good - really too elderly. no wi-fi dirty bath dated decor.
