Very good position, close to Serrano and Salamanca shopping area, good connections for subways. Plaza del Sol is just 10 min by walking. Touristic bus stop (Madridvision) is 100 mt from the hotel and also Parco del Retiro is very close. High Standard hotel with large rooms, quiet area. Superb Breakfast. The hotel was beautiful, was in a safe and upmarket area. We could not wish for a better hotel. It was small and very well run. Beautiful foyer and breakfast room. Our room was at the back over looking the garden and it was nice and quiet. The hotel was charming with excellent service.
所有评语 » I LOVED THIS HOTEL. A FEELING OF COUNTRY FRIENDLY IN THE MIDDLE OF A BIG CITY. I WOULD DEFINITELY STAY THERE AGAIN. FRIENDLY STAFF, GREAT FOOD, REASONABLE PRICES. WE HAD ALLOT OF LAUGHS. BIG ROOMS WITH BALCONY. FRIDGE. IN NO WAY DISAPPOINTING. We could not have had a better location for visiting Madrid. It was on a quiet street but you could easily walk or use the Metro and buses to get where you wanted to go. Including breakfast really helped us to start each day.Spacious room kitchen balcony garage immaculately clean excellent buffet breakfast included good location near the metro and walking distance to the museums. nice clean, quiet, only hotel i have ever stayed in where doors dont slam shut!good transport nearby. Great location near the center and the metro station, very clean, excellent breakfast. We would preferred to eat breakfast in the hotel but it was too expensive at around 20 euros.It was nice if the hotel wad giving the safe box free of charge. The TV needs an upgrade, and the beds should be 2 queen size beds. Breakfast food area small,congested and food was not covered. First room smelt badly of smoke even though we had requested non-smoking - luckily we were given a 2nd chance which was a vast improvement. Relief!. Cheap orange juice at breakfast. the noise from the fridge. Breakfast not the best we've had .... but OK. elevator was difficult to work. The room was not warm. uncomfortable pillows. I think that the staff could be more forthcoming about what events or tours there are available. They could perhaps ask guests the purpose of their visit and if they wish to do touring they could offer this information, since there is no concierge. Problem with WiFi connectability, worked in lobby but poor in room. no facilites to exchange money at front desk. No resteraunt.
