The staff there were extremely helpful, at arrival they gave us maps of Barcelona and a lot of tips of places to see, including many places not well known as tourist sites but turned out to be amazing! the Hostal was really clean and the room was cleaned everyday along with new towels. It is just a 5-6 minute walk from the Universitat station which was very convinient. there is a small supermarket right near the entrance that stays open till nightfall. inside the lobby there is a vending machin.
所有评语 » I wish I could give bonus points on this review for the staff! The staff were exceptional!! We travel a lot and I have never had such helpful friendly staff. The room we stayed in was small but the way they have designed the rooms they have been able to maximize the space and was very comfortable. The rooms are new and a beautiful modern design, comfortable beds, nice shower and great a/c! Everything about this place was perfect! I would definitely recommend staying here to everyone!. This "hostal" was actually almost a hotel, just without breakfast option. Great interior - everything new and modern looking. Everything was rather small but cozy. Room perfectly prepared with TV, AC and big, nice bathroom. Everyday cleaning and towels exchange. The staff was very helpful and kind - they pay a lot of attention to security issues which made us feeling comfortable especially because Barcelona is full of pickpockets... This is a great location just outside the madness of the central area but within easy walking distance of a metro which gets you anywhere you want to go. There's a fantastic brewery/ food venue just around the corner plus plenty of good eateries nearby. The managers were fantastic. Couldn't do enough for us and some of the best we have come across in 3 months travel in Europe. * The place looks really nice and everything is new and very clean * The rooms are super cute and comfortable, even those which are relatively small * The staff is very nice and helpful * The location is great, not too far from the middle of the center (15-20 min walk) and 2 min walk from the hostel there are 2 different metro stations. Very efficient and helpful staff right from the beginning at reservation, during our stay and after check-out (f.i. safe lockers for keeping your luggage). Quiet place to sleep, clean, excellently located in Raval, near public transport and everything you need is at walking distance. MACCBA and Ramblas Del Raval is 5 Min. walk. My room was a small double - Ok for a solo traveller - it was really clean and staff were lovely. Really good value for money and a great location - within walking distance of the city but not touristy - in a quiet street with local cafe's and shops with a more residential feel. I would go back again. The location was great, but the real winner were Alberto and Mathias, two fantastic staff members. Both spoke very good English and couldn't do enough to help us. The Hotel also has very cheap parking close by. I would recommend this to any traveller. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. Excellent location - near to metro stations. Very clean rooms with its own bathrooms and TV. Wifi available. Ask for the parking - they have special offer for their guests (we paid only 10Eur per night). The front desk staff were very helpful and available 24 hours a day. We had to check out very early for a morning flight and were able to take the shuttle bus (from the stop nearby) to the airport, which worked out well. Very nice location, walking distance to Catalunya Plaza and La Rambla. Bus and metro station are nearby, it's convenient to go out for visiting city. Aerobus is nearby as well. They contain all facilities, so why bother for your city trip? My son and I had a good sleep at night and during the day & evening we enjoyed the vibrant city of BCN. The room was small - but then thats the curse of travelling solo!. Nothing. Nothing. bedsheets and bath towels not changed daily unless requested. so we did get our towels changed daily. minimal bathroom accessories. Room is toooo small, and the bed should be for single personal while we order a double one. A bit of a trek from the coastline after the metro closes. Central location and well communicated anyway during the day though!. The room was quite small. It's slightly far from city center - I prefer to be closer. Hotel's friendly parking in 5-7 min walking from the hotel (it's ok if you don't have begs with you). Also they'd forgot to empty a trash bin in the room prepared for me. If the shower curtain was a bit longer so that the water won't get the bathroom wet. rooms weren't big- but this wasn't a problem- just a comment. Can't think of anything. No English Channels on TV - but you shouldn't be watching tv anyway ;-). for such money it is a best choice. yes rooms are not huge and view is not perfect but really it doesnt matter when you are in Barcelona you not gonna stay in your hotel). the heating was not working when we moved in but the staff was very helpful and provided us with an electric heating. No parking. If you read the rules of stay - its rather strict!. no restaurant or food. The rooms are a bit cramped but with enough space for the basic needs. Room was very small. nothing. small room without fridge no balcony. Missed having a breakfast serving at the hotel, but being in Barcelona, the city is full of restaurants. So, this is actually not a negative point.
