Great customer service and understanding. We called up on the evening of arrival, saying that we cannot arrive tonight, as due to unforeseen circumstances our car broke 200km from Krakow. We asked if we could cancel the reservation, even though the cancellation deadline is 24h upfront. Friendly staff was super understanding, and despite letsbookhotel.com limitations in cancellation - he managed to reject and cancel the booking, so we could avoid unnecessary charges. Super cool and quite unusual.
所有评语 » Location was superb, two minutes from the centre square. The staff could not have been nicer or more helpful (we had a problem with my brother arriving from a different destination and missing a plane; we also changed appartments as the first one was very noisy with a night club opposite). The flats were very spacious and ideal for small groups of people. Value for money was superb for property right in the centre of the town. This hotel was excellent value for money. We went to the reception who walked us two blocks to the huge apartment with 3 double beds a great lounge area and equipped kitchen. It was a very short stroll to the market square with many restaurants, bars and shops just minutes away. Highly recommended for families or friends. We loved this apartment!!. - very nice and clean room - liked the kitchen (as a present there were two coffee-sticks) - the owner trusted us the room: he don't take money and not wrote down any information about us, he say come to the office and than pay :). I had a really good experience in this hotel. Rooms were clean, helpful staff and great value for a hotel in the city center. Five minutes walking from Market square, stylish design, kitchen and Wi-Fi. You can't ask more!!!!!. Very good beds not to soft not to hard. Lots of space for 6 people. The flats (we sampled two of them) were not really very clean and, considering they could accommodate a maximum of six people, there was very little in the way of plates, glasses and crockery - certainly not one per person in many cases. Wi-Fi бесплатный, но связь через Skype постоянно прерывалась. scary experience as someone (clearly with a key) tried to open the apartment at 10.30pm whilst we were in bed!.
