  Great position just by Den Haag Centraal (we were actually attending the Delft Blues Festival, but could get there by train within a few minutes).   Absolutely nothing at all to find any kind of fault with. The level of customer service was exceptionally high, the room and bathroom were slick, functional and modern, and the buffet breakfast sumptuous! The Weekend Rate is very good value, if two people share a room.   This place Rocks..New and Clean..Only 2 trolley stops to the center of town. Great location. Saturday and Sunday checkout at 5pm great stuff. I will stay there again. Breakfast was great. Couldnt have been better - just everything... stuff is really friendly and helpful, room is more than i was expected for price...

  The front desk phoned us once we went to our room just to ask if everything was to our wishes - Although I had a printed confirmation, the hotel had no record of my booking. Fortunately there were plenty of rooms availkable. The front desk staff could not have been more helpful in sorting things out. They deserve commendation.

  I cannot say enough about this little hotel. It was perfect for a group or family of 3-4. All separate beds if desired and extremely comfy. We stayed when they were having a special Eco organic breakfast and they had beautiful fruit, fresh made juices to order, pancakes, eggs and of course croissants to name a few things - everything fresh. There is coffee service right in lobb - I must stress the fact that Tally was fantastic. She was great all the way. She helped me keep my reservation, even though it was reported that my card was blocked. She spoke really politely in phone and showed her characteristics of a fantastic staff. I recommend her for promotion with immediate effect. I enjoyed the comfort of the bed, the cleaning ness of the overall internal and external environment, the humility and willingness of the staffs to help and particularly Tally again :). Wonder
