  - we received a free room upgrade...king size bed and private mini-sauna in the bathroom - free espresso in the room - view from the room - an excellent SPA (free) situated at the 8th floor with really nice view of the harbour from the gym, the relax zone and sauna too!!!   The hospitality was excellent with a most thoughtful and kind hostess. We had 'simple' breakfasts which were very full and imaginative. It was very cold outside when we arrived and she did all she could to make us warm and comfortable. Our room was delightful with a balcony and bistro set. She was also very good company.
