  This Hotel is run by Family Rekko located in a quiet district near Helpoort. The elder gentleman (should be the owner) was nice, speaking slow but very clear English.   This is one of those charming hotel. My stay there was another Maastricht delightful experience itself. Like every charming hotel, it got its own charracter, which weren't always glamorous.
