The hotel was very modern with very friendly staff behind the registration desk. The room decor was modern with clean lines, and the room we stayed in had 2 sinks in the bathroom. The hotel is very secure requiring your key badge to access the elevator and hallway doors. We liked the proximity of the hotel to the airport and the shuttle service to & from the airport was very convenient because you can catch the train from the airport to Amsterdam's Central Station in downtown.
所有评语 » Good security. Excellent regular airport shuttle. indoor pool and gym. 'Wet-room' style bathroom with 2 sinks. Good free Wi-fi. Good choice of cable TV. Tea/coffee making. Next to McDonalds if on a budget. Good VFM if book ahead esp. mid-week. (Cheaper than an Amsterdam hostel where there is 6 to a room and one shower between 25!) The huge commercial air industry photo murals of DC3's and Connies etc that adorn this airport hotel. Location close to schipol airport, with excellent free shuttle bus service. Th yuane hotel has everything you need and the restaurant was reasonably priced . There are other hotel restaurants in the area, and a McDonalds, but no other eating choices. A very satisfactory hotel. Bedroom and bathroom very spacious, workstation with many power outlets, good wi-fi. Very kind people at reception, bar and restaurant. No noise in rooms despite the proxy of airport. Excellent price compared to hotel in Amsterdam. Excellent location if passing through. Also the breakfast is very expensive. not the most perfect hotel if you wanna see the city. food went wrong - took a long time, the wrong thing arrived, some staff were not very helpful (others were very helpful so its a balance). Remote location. The coffee in the morning was watery but still a good breakfast. checkout time at 1200. In the breakfast area they make bacon and egg so you might smell like grease after breakfast. The pool and fitness center are closed during my stay, but this is the most reason for me to choose this hotel, hope the information could be more promptly!. the hotel is understaffed. I have paid 17,00 Eur for a pasta with bolognesa souce....that took 35min and the soup I ordered was the wrong one . The waitress was not really worried about the small hungry boy , made the wrong order and was not really attemptive . At least the chef came out to apologise. Very very cold rooms, bathroom was even colder. Only twin rooms, telephone didn't work, no printer in the hotel. The hotel is being under renovation. Very bad service by the lady manager. I am a frequent traveler and this is the first time encountering such lousy customer service. I will never go back there due to the bad service. The hotel charged top dollar for a one-day-ahead reservation -- $160 -- but the halls were filled with dirty laundry, never vacuumed. The soap provided with the cheapest possible, despite commanding a rate that would be a fine place in the usa. poor connection of wifi in the room staff said: taxi needs 30 mn to reach the hotel to move 3.3 km to the airport. staff is not professional: it was my first visit; staff proposed to wait for their shuttle without declaring that shuttle parks on the main road not in their parking. Shuttle came and moved without any notice, or alert or information for the staff in this cold period. Absolutely atrocious. I have rang before booking to make sure you cater for gluten free, then you made me go nearly 3 days with no dinner and no breakfast cos you had NOTHING gluten free and didn't even care. NEVER AGAIN! EVER. Is this the way you treat your guests? Make them go hungry???.
