The two brothers who run the apartment hotels are very nice and friendly. We had the two bedroom apartment sharing with my in-laws. The beds were very comfy, the kitchen had everything we would need, the fact that we had a separate toilet and shower was very good. People could get ready for the day quicker this way. The location is quite good, everything is very close. There are 2 supermarkets around the corner, a great steak house and many other restaurants. The Hop on Hop off bus also has a .
所有评语 » Very large 3 bedroom apartment for the price of two hotel rooms. Very large living room with flat screen tv and dvd player. Clean and modern with an excellent coffee machine, but you had to go around the corner to a supermarket to buy all supplies including sugar, special coffee packets for the machine, etc. Free laundry facilities but you need to supply your own detergent. Helpful manager when he is there. Good location close to shopping, restaurants, flea markets, canal boats. We were warmly welcomed from the moment we arrived (early!) and any questions we had were answered, with great advice given. We were given access to use their computer to book a canal trip when we didn't know what to do and had a great stay. The apartment was beautiful, with ample space and impeccable decor. We used the kitchen and many facilities to cook, and only had to walk around the corner for a shop, park or metro! I cannot praise our stay enough!. Brothers who own/operate the business were very helpful, efficient and friendly. Other staff were equally nice. Apartment fit-out and amenities are top rate. Location is perfect for walking/cycling to highlights of Amsterdam. Bicycle rental is available at the apartments (€14/day). The one shower for our two-bdrm apartment worked fine especially with the separate toilet. Will recommend to all friends and family as it's true value for money. We had an excellent time there. Rented a two bedroom apartment, which was new, properly furnished, pleasant, spacious, and clean. The location is very good and you have all you need nearby. It is a residential building, not a hotel, so you know going in that you will not have services, but that was fine by me. The location of this apartment was fantastic. It was clean, modern and had all the facilities that is expected of a self-contained apartment. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. It would have been good if we had soap in both the toilet and bathroom. There was no dishwashing liquid or anything to wash the dishes with. If the dish washer is not full yet, there is no way expect using your hand and plain water to wash dishes. I would recommend taking a travel size version of dish washing liquid, oil, salt and pepper with you. Only one bathroom for three bedrooms. Office only open Monday to Friday 9-5 but the manager waited for our one hour 1 hour late arrival. The only thing we missed was washing up liquid, kitchen roll and a few more toilet rolls but this is by no means a complaint, merely a suggestion!. Nothing to criticise. 100% satisaction. We checked in on Friday afternoon. There was a bit of inconvenience as there was no staff available in the office from the following Saturday to Monday which was their holiday. This may seem picky but there was no laundry soap provided and we had to get it from the store and they only sold big boxes. We travelled for 5 weeks in Europe and this was the only apartment that this happened. althought he apartment was spacious having just one toilet was a bit awkward, but managable. I highly recommend them. We were a little concerned about making noise having said that we did make quite a bit but nothing was mentioned!. everything was great. Nothing. Only 3 dishwasher tablets provided for 6 night stay; would have expected washing-up liquid and a few other basics (salt, pepper etc.) to be provided too; one room seems to have a mosquito problem; need more wardrobe space and coat hangers if the apartment is full. Carpark at E20/day at neighboring hotel may be a good deal for Amsterdam but still expensive. Park+Ride outside the city center for E8/day incl metro is the best deal but rather inconvenient with luggage. Sofia's weren't very comfy, boiler is noisy. Both minor gripes, we had a good time!. The bedrooms could have been improved with a set of drawers. We were with you for 4 days, so putting our clothes in drawers would have been better than trying to get all our clothes on the wardrobe. The reading lights by the bed needed to be stronger for older eyes. The kitchen would benefit from having a toaster. I would prefere more light in rooms. No toaster Internet was down for part of stay. The washing machine and dryer were very dirty, cleaning staff uses them to wash their dirty clothes after cleaning the apartment. Shower is too weak. Floor is not very clean. Can smell smoke, even it is a non smoking building. Only one toilet in the three bed apartment we were in ! 6 adults and only one toilet was a bit annoying but for 3 nights was okay!. Dim lighting especially in the living room, but not a huge problem!. Would have appreciated a welcome back with essentials ie. Coffee milk bread. Kitchen equipment not so clean and inadequate cutlery. The fact there was only one on-suite bathroom for a two bed apartment was a little inconvienient. Longer walk than expected to the city centre. More comfortable sofas. No cable tv and some scratch on new furniture. No flexibility on arrival times Boiler/heating noise in 6th floor apartment. near hotel in the nearest fly market from me stole phone. could do with a toaster.
