Staff. breakfast was very nice and athmosphere was cosy and very friendly. Although we arrived early morning we could rest in a room before checking into our actual room. very nice.Staff were extremely helpful. Always very friendly. Would definitely stay again. Location of the riad was fantastic, just a block back from Jemaa El Fna.So close that you can hear it and see it from the roof.所有 评语 »
Ouafa and Abdul couldn't have been more helpful. Please tell them both we appreciated all that they did for us, my French has improved and their English is pretty good too!. Being in the Medina near the square. breakfast was really nice and the location was great.rooms were really nice and the hotel is really 2min walking from the main square. staff was very nice and very helpful. the room was extremly small and not much to it. a little nit over priced.location was good. there was missing guest information about the actual bathroom water usage / handling. Staff needed to use generator so we could use water in the toilet.no real customer care. difficult to get any information at the reception-often left unattended. no map of the town available at the hotel. lack of helpful information about the town. Our room was way too small, and way too noisy. There isn't enough space for all the guests to eat breakfast at one sitting. The staff were friendly to the point of being pushy, it was hard sell all the time. The hammam/treatments were hugely expensive and not a pleasant experience. Food was over priced and mediocore.
