Beautiful! The staff was excellent! The location was perfect. It is on the wall of the medina but the entrance is on the outside of the medina. So you could drive up and drop off your luggage at the front of the hotel. You could easily get around for site seeing and shopping. The room was spacious and covered in beautiful mosaic tiles. My only problem was that we could not stay longer. Wonderful hotel.
所有评语 » This hotel is beautiful, spacious, with very nice (decorated, tiled, clean) rooms, comfortable beds, public areas, and very polite, helpful staff. The restaurants/bar are on the top floor, with great views of the Medina/hillside and very good food. good location, nice staff, comfortable and elegant furnishing. We like the view of mountain and castle from the restaurant, so beautiful and romantic. You do not feel the time goes by even you sit all day in the yard of hotel. We had a very nice suite with a balcony. The hotel organised guide for around the Fes and we couldn't imagine not having him.The dinner that we had at the top of the hotel, on the terrace,was very good with romantic ambience. Beautiful design & Moroccan architecture; location next to Medina wall; small, friendly hotel rather than large corporate; excellent staff; beautiful suites with every comfort; rooftop restaurant. I loved everything about it, the location, the view from our balcony, the decoration,the food at the restaurant,the friendliness of the staff. Simply its prefection!. breakfast!!!! medina views, variety of beverages, Cleanliness of hotel, ease of transportation around city, location, and habitability of certain staff members. Great facilities from pool to rooftop restaurant/bar. Suite was enormous with 1.5 baths. Staff could have not been more friendly. This hotel was 10 out of ten from the moment we arrived untill we left , the staff the meals the rooms everything. Beautiful hotel with great view over the city. Fantastic Moroccan cuisine at the hotel restaurant. Mostly the staff were extremely friendly and specially helpful in all aspects. The attention to detail, the decoration, the silence, everything!. Beautiful renovated palace, quiet, a retreat from the media. Friendly staff, nice suites. Location location location. the decoration and style. food. A very pretentios plase with extreemly bad servise and very high prices for everything. The hotel is beutifully decorated and that's the only plus. But who needs all that beuty around if... Breakfast was a little small and mostly cold. If you did not want cold cut meats, yogurt, or cereal you were out of luck. The fruit was yummy though. Slight whiff of drains occasionally - perhaps just a hazard of its location; missing light bulbs in corridor - soon rectified when mentioned; lack of tea-making facility in suite. I suggested to install a mirror in front of the desk in the room, as a lady I do have a lot of make up & accecories which the bathroom is too tight for it. Staff's ability to communicate effectively in English & Staff's understanding of requests or concerns. There was nothing not to like, everything was excellent. Nothing. The hotel is a bit far from the sites and a taxi is needed to go to most places, although they are relatively easy to catch. Location means having to deal with taxis much of the time. Spa was nice but all seemed very rushed. Massage wasn't really a massage, more of a rub. poor in the food varieties. staff communication. - We've been threre in May: it was not very hot: the pool was'n heated. Nobody swam. Economy on all and everything. - The FOOD IS TERRIBLE! Really. The breakfast is very poor for a five-star hotel. The dinner is almoust uneatable for a very high price. - The service is another weak point. The waiters pass by as if minding their own business.
