Great location, if you have a car. The apartment was spacious, clean and well-furnished. The staff was very friendly. It's great for a large group of friends or an adult family. I do like everything there especially staff is so friendly, thank you Jack, you gave me the best service during my stay, and shilla you're so nice too. . . well done. During the stay I and my family members feel like at home. Provide us covered and safe car parking. The location is very near to main attractions in Penang.

Felt homely. it's a pretty good choice for a family or a group of friends and feels like a home. the staff by name of watie was very helpful...overall we enjoyed the stay there. Staff, the 3 girls; Wati, Jen & Jac, were very helpful and super friendly. Clear check-in and check-out instruction given by staff. The apartment is clean and parking is provided. the pleasant of the condo's surrounding. spacious, clean, practical for family. It was clean and was well equipped. the apartment unit. Nice pool Superior and boutique rooms were nice They moved us into a 'superior' room when we complained about the condition of the room, but we had booked a ' delux' room and had expected a reasonable standard. Only convenience to go for eatery. convenient for eatery. The shower heads leaked. The toilet was not so clean. None. none. The furniture is a bit too old. No extra towels available for the pool. Maybe the inaccessibity of the office staff as they reside on the 3rd floor and the main entrances locked close on your initial checking in. The only thing is the air-con is abit warm. The furniture a bit too old and shower heads need to be changed. the parque floor came off... There is no front desk, it's hard to communicate or get contact with the staff... the aircond is not cold enough. 1. Gas-stove not friendly user. 2. Living room air-condition was set to timer. 3. master bedroom air-condition capacity too small. 4. Overhead hot Shower heater not functioning properly. 5. Astro channel wasn't of full package. My unit was dusty (not properly clean) and floor tiles are loose Living room sofa set was dirty and mouldy. The mattresses in the apartment are pretty old. We felt itchy when we slept on the mattresses. It is time to change new mattresses. It was in front of Construction. old furnitures.... Delux rooms were disgraceful with severe mould growing on bathroom ceilings. All furnishings stained and tatty. Floors filthy. To call this a delux room is a total joke. It was absolutely filthy and very poor standard! Located next to 2 construction sites with noise from 7am til 5pm. One site had a pack of 13 dogs in which barked all night!. Toilet flushing problem. We have paid more than rm3000 for two apt but when we check out they wanted to charge us for one dirty tower. We haven't complain the toilet system was so dirty. Everything they charged even extra parking. This are our third time staying and we are not coming back anymore. we paid two apt for more than $3000RM, during check out the staff wanted to charged for dirty towel. it is ridiculous. always has trouble for toilet flushing. this is my fourth time staying there, no more. Tedious check in. They asked for photo id, time of arrival and keep asking for arrival time. We were traveling and can't give the exact time, it was giving them trouble as they dun have a reception. There were other rules that weren't mentioned prior to booking. They'll tell you to cancel your booking if you don't like the rules, but it was too late to cancel. Facility in old condition.
