Our room was upgraded to a spacious semi-suite, with a full sofa set and two semi-double beds. That's a big plus. The room was not brand new, but it was nice and super clean. The hotel staff even took us to the room after check-in and explained to us the onsen pools available at the hotel. Onsen was really great at the hotel; relatively big pools, not at all crowded when we were there. My wife loved it and entered it three times during our two-night stay. Very soothing. Complimentary Japanese t.
所有评语 » The room was really nice, a little old fashioned, but was more than adequate. We had a view of the mountains and loads of greenery. I would have to say that the best part of the hotel, would be their Onsen. The onsen is located inside the hotel, it had an indoor and outdoor onsen, the Onsen was extremely clean and well stocked. The hotel also provided a shuttle bus service to and fro from the hotel, morning market and train station. It was really convenient. The staff were all incredibly friend. Lovely hotel. Staff despite some language problems were extremely helpful and went out of their way to co-ordinate travelling timetables!! Shuttle bus to train station. Huge souvenir shops and massage facility. Cherry blossom tree outside the front was stunning. Very well located, just about 15 mins walking from takayama station. staff very friendly and helpful. the onsen was awesome and beautiful!. very convenient to visit shirakawa and spend 1 or 2 nights at takayama. We really enjoyed our stay there, thank you!. Wow! What a wonderful hotel. The rooms are large, and well appointed which is unusual for Japan and of course clean. The staff is great, very friendly and helpful. The onsen is fabulous. And all of this for a budget conscious traveller. The Onsen is fantastic, the rooms were clean. While the location is a little way from the JR station, the hotel has a shuttle bus which runs up until 6:30 at night. Staff were very friendly and efficient. Very friendly staff, huge room and nice baths. Located next to the hotel, the shopping arcade sells all kinds of local produce and is highly recommended - you can find almost anything under one roof!. Takayama Green Hotel has got good onsen facility and it is a good selling point. Moreover, their buffet has got dutch oven vegetables and made-to-order pasta & pizza, which tasted good. This was one of the best hotels we have stayed in. Staff were exceptional. Great value for money. Food was terrific. Buffet breakfast the best. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Onsen is great. good breakfast Not far from train station and also have a free shuttle bus. Spacious & comfortable Huge souvenier shop with English explanations next to all foodstufs which was a nice change. Only a 10 minute walk to Station and heritage precinct. Spas are nice and included in room. 10 minutes walking from the train station. Superb hotel and spa. Nice onsen experience spacious room with comfy down quilt. Great hot spring facilities, great value. location and accessabilty. Staff,food and place. Spa onsen,room,staffs. so good. nil. We enjoyed our stay with this hotel very much. It's not in the central part of town, but 5 mins shuttle ride or 10mins walk would take you back to main bus/train terminal station. From there, you are in central Takayama.The hotel itself is a good size city hotel with many restaurants,onsen spas and huge gift shop. Our room was also a good size,clean and comfortable. I would totally stay here again. Personal was very helpfull! The public areas and onsen were nice. Staff speak limited English, but were helpful. Hotel location is a bit off from the city's Old Town (20-minute walk), but this was compensated by renting a bike and by the regular free shuttles provided by the hotel. The fact that WIFi was not provided in the hotel. The central heating was too hot and unable to cool down room without opening windows. No English channels on tv. Breakfast was not included in the room rate, and the offered breakfast buffet is a little expensive. Probably the most uncomfortable pillow I have ever slept on. At JPY 5775 a person, the buffet (viking) dinner is not that great. It is a bit far away from the Takayama Jingu area, but not very far. Only little thing that I could comment on was it was a little bit of a walk to the heart of the city but the walk was not hard and we did enjoy seeing the sights on the way. No wifi in bedroom only available at lobby. Only has Twin Rooms, no Double Rooms, but the Singles are King Singles. Needs a mix or private Spa (for couples), currently are segregated only. Nothing. room was excessively hot and no way to alter the temperature. nil. none. Rooms were not clean (smell of smoke, fungus in the bathroom, stains on walls, floor and curtains). The rooms were worn out: seating worn out, walls and furniture damaged. In great need of renovation! Not even on par with the 3* Japanese business hotels.
