  Loved the hotel's location. It's very accessible from the Osaka Park Subway Stop on the JR Loop. Makes it super easy to get around and it's lovely to get up early and go for a walk in the park! We paid extra for a room with a castle view and it was well worth it. However I couldn't tell the room we had was a smoking room to begin with, and my nose is very sensitive and I had n - The castle-view room at the 12th floor is very spacious for a couple. You have a nice view of the Osaka Castle & Park and the river. The nearest station is Osaka-jokoen, a 5-minute walk from the hotel. There is a convenience store at the nearby building but it closes at 11pm. From the Kansai airport (night arrival), it is more convenient to take the airport limo bus to Hankyu Hotel, then take the taxi to New Otani.

  The location is good, not far from Shinsaibashi and Yotsubashi station. The staff was good, they let us leave my luggage at the hotel before checking in. The public bath is awesome and open almost all day and all night. The room is clean and full of facilities. The supermarket is just next to the hotel. It was very good time staying in this hotel and will go back again next time :) - It was in the perfect spot for walking around and taking in the sights, the shopping district was a small walk away a Citibank ATM which you can withdraw on international cards was around the corner.   Great, clean room. Fair size in Japan standards. Great spa on the roof available to guests for free, which I made use of almost every day. Staff speaks good English, which is also rare in Japan. - Design is very modern, hot spring in top floor is excellent. Drink machine in 7th floor with ice provided. Fantastic!! Staffs are nice and helpful.
