  The location was great being walking distance from train station and yet near to the parks. Alot of amentities around the hotel - restaurants, supermarkets. The Hotel staff was friendly and helpful and managed to get a kid size bike for my girl. We enjoyed to common hotbath where we are provided with Japanese gown to use.

  I like the fact that when we had some last minute change of plans, the receptionist helped us instantly in cancelling the last night of our stay (we stayed for 5 nights) as we opted to go to another city for our last 2 days.
