  Location-next door to Hiroshima station (Shinkansen side). Take the North exit and you'll see the hotel. Very convenient for train. Also easy for getting around Hiroshima by electric tram, but you need to walk to the south exit. Hotel-new, tasteful decor, especially the lobby. Staff-very polite, very attentive, very professional. I had the king size room and the room and the bed are the same size as the ones in Sh - Everything was great .. The beds perfect .. So soft and wonderful to sleep on. All hotels should get beds like these !!! I didn't eat breakfast but I looked ok. Ask at reception about a discount for breakfast our daughter got y400 off through them. The location is under 5 mins from Hiroshima station (out the back, not the tram side). You can't hear a thing .. Oh our daughter was in the room opposite and she heard one train about 7am.   The Grand Prince Hiroshima is definitely a mixed bag. The rooms offer breathtaking views, the onsen is very chilled out and nice, and there's a ferry directly to Miyajima (one of the very best days we spent in Japan was on that lovely island).
