  The hotel staff was very accommodating when I let them know ahead of time that I could not eat seafood. They served up an amazing meal for us where my fiancé got their usual seafood dinner and I got some good substitutes, like fruit and tofu. It didn't hurt that we got served this in our hotel room.   Gora is a beautiful place to stay while in Hakone and the Merveille is a nice hotel. The staff are warm, friendly and speaks English or tries their very best to assist you. The indoor onsen is great and has all you need to enjoy and relax in the hot pool. The breakfast was sumptuous and the amenities in the room was amazing.
