The area and the cleanliness of the building, the food the porters their manners and approach was great
Rooms were nice and clean. Facilities were also very nice.
The AC had only one setting, which was extremely cold. Woke up most nights and had to shut off due to the AC having no adjustment. At least it was stuck in the cold zone.
The food, location & staff.
Customer focus staff, always willing to assist in whatever way they can with a smile. I love the food, it is so different and enjoyable to the traditional hotel food.

very accommodative staff. Great breakfast and ambiance. Conveniently located and spacious room. Excellent view of the city if you have a room with a view, Rooms were exactly as portrayed online.
The cut off time of the pool. Need an evening where the hour is extended to a later time.

Internet connectivity was terrible - very poor connectivity in the rooms. Connection was better outside.

Similar to the comments of a previous post, I would have appreciated more of the local cuisine included as a part of the breakfast and less continental items. The daily fruits were delicious.
I just love the Courtleigh, the cleanliness, polite staff and it is close to the local shops and a beautiful park accross the road. I have had the pleasure of staying in one of the suites and also a standard room and enjoyed both. I am happy to return anytime I am in Jamaica.
The fact that you have to pay separate for a Jamaican breakfast. afterall I am in Jamaica so it should be the norm to eat Jamaican breakfast which is delicious.
I have stayed at the Courtleigh with my partner and had a great suite. This time I stayed with my brother-in law in a twin room and we were equally delighted as we both had our own bed and the room was large and spacious and the standard was just asw hight. I just love this hotel.
I would have liked Jamaican breakfast included in the price rather than continental type breakfast.

My business associate booked through you for four members on the trip. Through some error on your part they all stayed in single rooms as expected and I was booked in a double room (two beds) and was made to pay for this. Hotel staff was most inflexible and advised that the arrangement with you is on a commission basis and we must approach you for the excess paid. I

The rooms routine maintenance is lacking. Within the first five minutes of entering the room I found the following faults. A/c not working Bed Side Light not working Access Door to Balcony open and not able to close it

The design is a bit dated. And the bathroom could be a bit bitter.
