Pascal was a fabulous host. Even though he was the boss of the hotel, he was the most friendly and personable guy and went out of his way and the extra mile to help us, his guests. He made sure our stay was comfortable, fetched us to the hotel in his MPV when I explained our predicament of being lost in the town and my wife waiting in another hotel while I continued looking for the hotel and finally finding it. He also fetched us and luggage to the train station on our last day. He also.
所有评语 » Sorrento Relais is conveniently located in the heart of Sorrento. It has easy access to the bus line/train for traveling to the Amalfi Coast, shopping and restaurants. The owner Is very hospitable and is attentive to customers needs. The B&B has a modern feel with convenience of Sky satellite TV, Wifi, A/C, and mini Fridge in each room. The cleanliness of the bedrooms and bathrooms was appreciated. I would recommend Sorrento Relias to anyone looking for an affordable stay with fantastic s. The hotel staff was extremely acommodating! Pasquale was great! Our room was very clean, and nicely decorated. We checked in too early on the first day and the lady (can't remember her name unfortunately) made us coffee and let us wait in the breakfast room while they got our room early. We also had some of the best recommendations for restaurants, we were booked on a great tour of Capri, and absolutely loved the morning sweets :). The staff was super friendly. Especially Pasquale. He arranged free pickups for us to the restaurants and back, explained how to get everywhere etc. The room was also nice, wifi was fast. The hotel is located 10 minutes walking from the main square (and to the beach) and close to the Lemons Garden where Limoncello is produced. Sorrento is not big so everything is in a walking distance. Very comfortable room with good tv channel selection . Only a small Motel and the breakfast is served in your room around 8am . The manager is a very nice fellow who is eager to please . Usually don't review but this place deserves the effort!. the room is very clean there are a lot of Tv Channels the Breakfast served in room is fantastic the service of the staff is very efficient and they are friendly who are familiar with a lot of travelling informaiton about the local area. Breakfast is 8am-10am, a bit late for us on the last day when we needed to catch an early train to Naples Shower temperature in our room changed very quickly from hot to cold - no doubt easily fixed Initially difficult to find - directions would be helpful. Nothing. I wanted a little more choice for breakfast but that's all I can say.... The room was a little small for 3 people to move around comfortably. The water pressure in the shower was weak. Sound-proofing between rooms was poor. We could hear conversations from adjacent rooms, etc. Sometimes smell the smoking from the indoor areas in your room. The room in which we stayed was like in a basement. We could not see outside because there was only a small window and I felt a bit of humidity. Europa league: Napoli - Plzen 0-3. :_(. The room we were put in was in the basement with a small window. The air conditioning broke so everything was very humid. The shower also had very low water pressure making it difficult to take a shower. Thin internal walls!! Breakfast served in the room was good but only one plate so a bit messy. I would have liked a second cup of coffee so a small pot would have been great or if there had been a kettle could have made my own. Our room was actually below ground level - our afternoon siesta was taken in a cave. The room also was extremely small. The small safe in the room to protect valuables was not screwed to the cabinet. Ther is limited car parking on first to come basis. nothing. Everything's perfect!. Nothing. Aircon does not work properly,still comfortable for my time, off season, but in mid-summer season could be hot in room. The problem with local parking. Some noisy guests. too short a stay. a little hard to find in terms of signposting. Far from the water. Breakfast a bit 'Italian' Muesli good but bread sliced white. The rooms were a little noisy (nothing to stop us from staying there again). The room needs repainting, the walls are not clean, wasn't pleasant to stay at. Shower was not very powerful. Hotel was difficult to find and the staff were not very helpful. When we had to check out we had to wait for 15 minutes or more for staff to turn up as no one knew what to do and could not speak English. This is an ugly place. The room was clean, but extremely small and dark. The pictures you can find on letsbookhotel.com were made many years ago. The staff is nice but speak poor English. I don't recommend the place. Broken shower. Very hard bed. Did not realise it was an appartment type hotel. room located in the basement.
