Excellent !!!!! Very friendly staff, especially in reception and in restaurant, fabulous location, very large room with excellent amenities, the food in the restaurant is the best I ever experienced ( much better than in any Michelin restaurant) fresh, very, very, very tasty, at an excellent price of 45 Eur/dinner, excellent wine selection at affordable prices 22-28 Eur/bottle. 所有评语 » We loved the hotel from the time we arrived and throughout our stay. The front desk is exceptional. Our room had a balcony with double doors which we rarely closed so we could hear the surf. The furnishings were "simple elegance". Everything was very clean and fresh. Breakfast was a feast and the coffee order was immediately taken and served. We would most definitely stay here again. Everything about it. From the minute we walked through the door the service,helpful staff at all levels helped to make our stay such a wonderful experience. The staff could not do enough for us. Looking forward to visiting next year. Amazing, amazing and once again amazing! A big thank you to the staff, especially Ms. Ladon who has been the most wonderful! Great food, great rooms great beach and great service. Best holiday ever!. Professional, friendly service from all the staff in all areas. Buffet breakfast was excellent in quality and selection. The internet conection is a little bit too slow, they should definite improve it. No complaints. Absolutely nothing!. No free beach towels, hot tub could be a little warmer. The breakfast was not 4 star rated, no local products. Hotel very big and anonymous. Hear guests next door and above using toilet. Only negative was very loud music being played at a function at the hotel on the Friday night. Smoking was allowed on the breakfast terrace. The hotel had no ironing facility for guests in there rooms or irons to use. Lots of children, probably would not recommend for a couple looking for a quite time away. The room (412) was small and dark. It can definitively not be considered a 4 * hotel room rather a 3 *. We asked for a different room at arrival but were told that the hotel is fully booked. The alternatives offered the other day were either only available at a 20 % price uplift or located at the very end of the hotel area and only available two days later. There were occasional jellyfishes in the sea and the water was not very clean.
