  The staff was outstanding...so helpful, friendly, and responsive. We enjoyed talking to them...beyond the usual traveller conversations..the atmosphere was warm and enlightening.   Located on the seventh floor of a high rise building within easy walking distance of old and neo-classical Naples. Also 600m to the port for trips to Capri, Amalfi coast, Sicily etc. Friendly staff who let us check in early and stored our luggage on departure. Located within 5-10 minutes walk from the main places of Naples. The room was quite spacious and clean. Special thanks to nice girl at the reception Lyudmila, she helped us with a choice of restaurants and places to visit. The hotel owner is very friendly and nice person. We had a late check out and he agreed with it. Taxi was called at the time.

  This is just perfect hotel with a location at Spaccanapoli, close to Santa Chiara. You cant go wrong by staying here. There are a few issues though. First there is no breakfast, no food at all. You will get a meal ticket, you can use this to pay for a coffe and a croissant at the coffe bar at Piazza S. Domenico Maggiore, a 7 min walk from the hote... 别人怎么说 » l. I didnt, it was to upperclass for my taste, so I had my morning coffe at small coffe bar in Via Sebastiano, of course I had to pay, that meal tick - The hotel is on the second floor, so plenty of stairs, but Vincent was on hand to help with our bags. We had a large double room with en suite shower room, and a small balcony facing Santa Chiara. You're right in the middle if the historical centre of the city with easy access to all the churches etc. the room was clean and if you kept the French doors to the balcony closed, you couldn't hear any traffic noise at all.   The staff at Santa Lucia 50 were amazingly welcoming and consistently friendly. I had never met staff so keen to satisfy any need or issue we may have had. Our room was spacious and very comfortable, and provided us with a kitchenette and utensils to cater for our small group (which we found to be very unusual and convenient in typical Italian hot... 别人怎么说 » els). There was also minimal noise from other rooms or street level. We would definitely stay again, we had a wonderful three nights at Santa Lucia. - The staff is so friendly, was a very warm welcome. The rooms are neat and tidy. The location is just perfect. Really this is a good value for your money. The B&B is nearby the coast and the city centre. They don't serve breakfast, but there is a supermarket across the street en a little refridgerator in the room. Seriously a great B&B with a great location that makes it very easy to see all of Naples.
