  This is truly a great place. Very nice and helpfull staff and nice rooms. I was lucky to have a room with a terrace and the view down the valley. The hotel is located right under the historic center, easy to acces the city, in about 5 minutes walk. Restaurants are all close. - Great Hotel with superb staff and very nice place.

  The location in Massa Marittima was excellent. The residence is located on the main plaza. There are several restaurants and shops surrounding. One of the hig - This is an atmospheric & historical building that has been tastefully adapted for discerning travelers/clients. It is just around the corner from the main piazza of Massa Marittima & although no meal was included in the package the kitchenette was stocked with milk, cereals, tea, coffee etc. that was more than adequate. This is a small establishment with about 8 rooms & is a perfect base for exploring this area up to & including Siena.

  Loved the location. Close to massa marittima and also the ocean. Beautiful accommodations. Wonderful setting. Great on site restaurant. We were doing a self supported cycle tour and the riding in this area was magnificent. - The food was excellent and the people were very lovely and kind. I hope to go back there soon.
