  We had a fantastic stay at Villa Cheli! Our room had direct access to the front balcony and for two days we felt we had our own private Villa in Italy! We had a minor problem in our bathroom and brought it to the staff's attention in the morning as we were leaving for our day's outing. When we returned everything was taken care of.   The staff were extremely helpful. The location was excellent. We had a 6 year old with us and the walk into Lucca city walls was managable.
