  Great location, friendly staff, great customer service. Did I mention great location! Very clean and spacious. I defiinitely will stay here again! - I can't say enough good things. From the welcome wine and cakes to the beautiful rooms. I only hope I will be lucky enough to stay here again

  R.P.S. was an amazing hotel. We were treated well (free room upgrade), the room was beautiful, modern and warm which was perfect since we were there in the winter and it was *cold*.   We booked two bedroom's suite on top floor with living room and kitchen, and bathroom with separate shower. As long you know it is a historical building, so we wouldn't mind to use the staircase to the fourth floor. There is no window to face the plaza so no noise from the crowd at night. You have to take into account that it is located on a fourth flour and there is no elevator: important when you have medium suitcases, and that the reception is open just part time.The location can´t be better

  Never met more friendly and helpful staff anywhere like the ones in this hotel. They really made everything so perfect. Everything was very comfortable in this hotel. - Everything about the hotel was superb - location, staff, decor, food. The only issue for us was a lack of tea and coffee in the room. everything else was fautless.
