  Borgo Ritella is a wonderful seaside resort run by a charming family in the midst of olive groves and the Zoo Safari. The rooms and resort are fresh, new, and clean. The apartments have two roomie bedrooms and one common kitchen which is well equipped, minus the basics of groceries (easily found in the small markets in Fasano 5 minutes away).   We were made very welcome by the staff. Breakfasts in the courtyard were a real treat. We loved sitting outside our room late in the evening talking.
