Location - it was a 5 minute walk from the Metro Ferenciek tere. There were also decent shops nearby. Hostel is located at the 2nd floor and there is a functioning lift. Balcony is a relief for smokers. Bed were good and free lockers ( large ones ) were offered, with enough space to hold a suitcase. Powerpoints are also conveniently located for almost any bunk bed. Bus Number 7E or 173E ( E for express ) takes you to the Keleti Pu railway station, two stops away.

Excellent location; clean place; helpful staff. If you are looking for a central and simple place without spending too much money, this is a good hostel to stay. Good value for money. I really enjoyed staying at this hostel. Guys at the reception were so friendly and have helped us giving information. Dorms are good and clean. Location near center, near subway. Good public transport connections. Good price, breakfast included. Quiet. Location - very close to center of the city, subway, river ! Personal is very friendly! Clean appratments!. Lift not working (3rd floor); apartment did not match the photos on website; private bathroom outside the bedroom (not mentioned on website); breakfast too poor (bread, butter, jam, corn flakes; milk, cofee, tea); breakfast area too small for the hostel capacity (had to wait for a seated place). We loved everything so I have nothing to write here!. There is no wi-fi in all appartments, but it is in common room. Poor breakfast. Shower in apartment was very cramped due to slanted roof so could not stand up and have a shower. Apart from that, everything was fine. There is one shower room (left) is in need to repair. the lift did not working. my luggige was very heavy, so I was very very very tied at arrival day. For this price, you just can't expect more. To have a free breakfast is nice, but the content of the breakfast could change from time to time, you can´t eat the same food for a couple of days.. There are only two bathrooms (one for girls, one for guys) with two showers in each bathroom, and the floor gets really wet and dirty after a few people use the shower.. a little bit weird when living with strangers. the quilt is not good. The personnel could me a little more friendly...Except Agy!. The beds are really unconfortable. Apartment description misleading. In booking rooms offer as having separate bathroom but do not indicate that the bathroom was passing areas, so you have to actually put together your room is not to your bathroom. Also advertised there wifi in common areas but forget to say that the common areas (kitchen) are in another building, so to go to connect or breakfast you must go to a kitchen that is in an apartment building two doors away your room. Worst experience!!! We lived in a private apartment, which was in fact a shared apartment with another two guests. The facilities were very old and dirty!!! The bathroom had a smell, the bed was dirty!!! I even saw holes on the wall. New guests came in the middle of night, there's no security at all. I hate this place, it was the worst part of my trip, I think it ruined my impression of Budapest to some extent!!!.
