  The staff was amazing since the moment we landed at the airport. We were able to check in early, so about 1 hour after we landed Evangelia from the reception had organised beach chairs and lunch reservations in a marvelous beach/restaurant. - Very kind staff. Very clean and designed hotel with great view etc.

Eva, the hostess is a wonderfully friendly and helpful person. We didn't arrive until midnight, she left us a welcome note and instructions about the key. She went so far as to make us a take-away breakfast when we had to leave to catch the midnight ferry. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is meticulously clean, and the beds are the softest I've experienced in Greece so far. The pool area is as good as any luxury hotel, and the outdoor gardens are lovely.

  The rooms are modern, tastefully decorated and clean, with air conditioning (when the balcony door is shut), with bed, desk and chair, wardrobes, draws etc, and a fridge. The facilities were excellent and everyone made sure all the guests had everything needed to enjoy their stay, including daily rides to and from town. Meals were delicious and as far as we were concerned the best deal in town, quality and price wise.

  Beautiful views, and so much outdoor space! Huge rooftop patio with great seating, along with many smaller patios and balconies throughout. We basically had a private patio and gorgeous balcony with lounge chairs to ourselves because it was right outside our room, but anyone could have used it. Breakfast was very good. We later stayed just down the street at Hotel Nazos and though they looked about the same online, Ibiscus was a much better experience (nicer fac - My room had a balcony with beautiful view of the harbor and windmills. The sunset view was breathtaking. The hotel had lovely terraces. The hotel is located 15-20 minute walking distance from the town center (uphill) but the view is worth it. The breakfast was very good. The cookies and cakes were especially decicious!! The hotel offered free transfer to and from the port which was very convenient.

  Dimitris!!! He made our holiday, thank you for being so welcoming and friendly. He is also now a fluent Welsh speaker :) All the staff were very accommodating and the rooms clean and comfortable.
