  Helpful, friendly staff and the pick up service from the ferry really helped. The staff gave good recommendations on places to visit, helped with car rental, drinking water, and walking to town. Altogether a good place to stay.

  The staff was amazing since the moment we landed at the airport. We were able to check in early, so about 1 hour after we landed Evangelia from the reception had organised beach chairs and lunch reservations in a marvelous beach/restaurant. - Very kind staff.   I can not fault the Deliades Hotel, we had a free transfer from Mykonos airport to Deliades Hotel and to the next Hotel we were staying. We were upgraded to another room which had amazing views of Ornos Bay. The room was very spacious and clean and the staff were really friendly and always willing to help.   Magnificent view of caldera and sunsets, as described. Upon arrival were surprised to have a suite with fridge and cooking facilities instead of only a double room with extra cot as ordered.   Mr. Sigalas is a wonderful host! He picked us up at the port and drove us to the villa. He had us laughing and feeling like we were part of the family. His two daughters run the reception and they will arrange anything you need. They were able to set up rental cars, restaurant reservations, boat trips, whatever. They had only been open for 2 years when we stayed there, and Mr S - I liked everything. I have been to Santorini before and the overall standard of accommodation is high at every price level.
