  Very quiet - no street noise and no noise from other residents. Good heating (underfloor heating in bathroom). Spotlessly clean, good selection of crockery/kitchen equipment/cooking facilities. Good shopping facilities quite near. (Aldi, Sky). - Everything was perfect! We really enjoyed the few days we stayed there.
