  The staff was very friendly and very helpful with directions. Location was excellent: 3 closeby train stations and very central, beside Alster lake, closeby touristy spots.   Staff were friendly enough. Rooms were very clean and very spacious, however we all got single beds-although I'm sure if we had asked we could have been moved to double rooms.   This is a modern, up-to-date hotel. The rooms are very quiet and very clean. A refrigerator and a room safe are a big plus. Location right next to an S-Bahn station is great for traveling, and the stores there are good for picking up food and snacks. If the weather is humid, the A/C works great.
