  We were on the main floor which makes it easier to carry luggage. The rooms were very big - 2 bedrooms, the WC and shower were in different rooms, a full kitchen, and a big living room with patio access to the yard. The town centre of Garmish was very close as was the train station.

We were accommodated in a nice appartment with kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large sitting room.   Great value for the money in Germany. The staff made a point of remembering your personal preferences. I stayed at 2 different 5-star Hotels (one was even advertised as a Castle 5 star Hotel) in 2 different cities on the same trip.   right on the main strip that leads to all of the ski lifts and trains. Fantastic if you plan to do any walking..everything is within walking distance. - Lovely hotel close to the station which I wanted, clean modern and excellent value for money. The staff were also very helpful.
