  I arrived at 11.30pm and it's great that I could check in late. Other Bremen guesthouses don't always allow that. The place is simple but super clean and very comfortable.   Very helpful staff! I spent one night here and got a really big room on the top floor. As several people has mentionned; the stair is very steep and there is no elevator. No problem for me. The free WiFi was fast and worked very well. The hotel has an excellent location. Walking distance to everything.   It is pure luxury to be so close to the city center and not hear it. The yacht is beautiful and very well equipped with all modern facilities. We stayed on the yacht for one night in Bremen - we can easily imagine renting the whole yacht for a party with good friends a summer weekend., if we were ever to visit Bremen again.
