The cleanliness and the hotel Staff. in the centre of city, quiet. very clean room. comfortable beds. The front desk lady was very nice and we could leave our luggage and check in earlier!!. great locations. location. we had a big room and we had a private bathroom instaed of a shared bathroom. Location.(1) The cheapest price found in the web site reservation. (2) Nice staff people. (3) Although the building condittions, the permanence was comfortable. 所有 评语 »
The central location and the reception staff was very helpful.View that i had looking at window. Get out of it and travel in the city. The bed linen was clean. location. The only true thing to like about this hostel is the location. Very conveniently located close to major places in the city. there were no mirrors, even in the bathroom. when we arrived during our check in time slot no one was there and it was unclear how to actually check in especailly how when we rung the hostel hotline which was posted on the door no one answered. also there was only one toilet and shower for women while men got several. They did not accept credit cards, only cash. the entrance is a cloustrofobic, chaotic combination of doors and coridoors. The size of the towels is ridiculous, and it is not hard to improve on this feature.(1) Low relationship quality/price, due to the poor structural conditions the price should be less than quoted. (2) Staff availability not full-time.(3) Access code to the Hostel has to be comunicated in advance, we risk to stay out for the night. The beds were very uncomfortable and there were very few washing facilities.That we had payed about toilet in room, but we didnt have it. And its quite hard to find it. But ok!. the hostel was absolutely horrible and I mean it, I would never ever think something like this can still exist in the 21st century. A receptionist who does not speak english. The toilets were dirty.There was only 1 shower. There was non-one on site at the check-in time. The phone number on the wall was unobtainable. The phone number on the website was incomplete (last digit missing). The hotel did not take credit cards.warming system of room it was very cold. The hotel is in drastic need of refurbishment.The price we payed for the room we get was totally not valued. It was a filthy hole with 2 beds (non-existant matresses) and a bunk. The toilets and showers are a real challenge. Although we knew they were shared, they could improve them and clean them more often. The hotel was terribly unclean, only one shower was working.... The onlygood thing was the price, but it is better to pay a little bit more andget a cleaner hostel.
