  lovely character, historical location within the city walls. simple facilities, really charming place. High ceilings, big comfy beds, clean room & bathroom, yummy breakfast. Super.   It was close to the old town and it had a car park that you could use but there was car parking opposite and in the street. The girl on reception when we arrived was very helpful and bubbly. - The staff were very helpful and welcoming. The room was small but clean and the bed was very comfortable.

  The hosts at La Belle Haute are soooo welcoming and attentive to your needs. The hotel is more like a B&B but with very high standards. The room was stunning both in decor, comfort and size - more like a suite. The breakfast, typically French continental, but with the added extras such as home cooked French toast at a time that suited you. A large, warm, comfortable room, ditto bed, shower. Faultless wifi, great breakfast - fresh o.j., local free-range eggs, good bread and croissants (not thawed/microwaved), cheese, cake (home-made), French toast etc. - such care and thoughtfulness shown by our hostess. Set in the old town with restaurants close by - l'ilot vert was excellent. Easy parking in December.

  This little hotel was a real find. It is a really beautiful building, the owners have done a fabulous job with the renovation, the decor and the furnishings. Our room was beautiful and very comfortable. What really made our stay was Guy, the proprietor.
