  The location was excellent after redelivering our hire car. Immediately a welcoming feeling came over us from the rather dirty streets of Perpignan-lovely & cool & very modern with artistic flourish. Very quick check-in, lovely airy room with real aircon. Had to leave for early train before breakfast but had - Great location within easy walking distance to shops, sights and restaurants. Bedroom small but very comfortable queen sized bed. Adequate buffet breakfast. Staff attentive and helpful. Only 10 minutes (20 euro) by taxi from airport. Would strongly recommend as a budget hotel.

  We booked a studio apartment, i.e. with kitchen area. We arrived late at night after taking non-motorway roads from Toulouse airport so as to see more of the countryside, but forgetting how big France is! Therefore we did not see much of the hotel when we arrived. Next morning we opened the shutters onto the balcony... Beyond the river the Vallespir s - Lovely setting on the river. The hotel is very basic but clean, and we had a room at the back with a lovely river view. Each room has a small kitchen which is useful as there are no great restaurants in town.

  This hotel is incredibly good value. The room was comfortable, very clean and quiet, the staff polite and helpful, and the breakfast was also very good.   The residence is well situated fairly close to the beach and to Canet en Rossillion. Well equipped kitchen and a good terasse. A high level of security and good parking facilities. The pool is ok.
