  The hotel was in an excellent and beautiful location, literally at the bottom of the hill at the entrance to the castle. The staff were very welcoming and helpful and they all spoke great English.   We really loved our stay at Campanille Narbonne. The hotel is quite new, therefore all facilities are very clean and confortable. The bathroom was big comparing to the average and spotless clean.
