  Hotel is situated in a quite area on the opposite side of the river to the town. A short walk across the bridge and your are in the centre. The rooms were good and we had a ground floor room which opened onto a small area with outside seating which was great as it was hot. No air con but as it was quiet we could leave window open. The WiFi was good - not super fast but good enough to check emails / browse the web. Breakfast was good with bread, yoghurt, compote, jams, honey and fresh coffee. The onsite parking was a bonus and being able to park right outside your room was good.

  Stayed there 3 nights while we went to le mans to watch the motogp. Close to motorway and airport. In comercial area, lots of shops, restaurants, etc. Clean and comfortable hotel. The room is not huge, but was clean and comfortable, had a small desk, TV etc. The bed was good. It is a “wet room” bathroom, again clean and perfectly functional. Breakfast was excellent value and the good selection set us up for most of the day! The staff were very friendly and pleasant and like other “motel style” hotels, the parking was good and free.

  I initially booked this B&B because of it's secure parking on site. This was perfect for our purpose, and much more besides. Our Saint Martin room was charming, clean, well designed and very peaceful. The grounds are charming and the location is walkable in to Tours. They kept our bags and had them in the room. Great service! The rooms are astonishing. This design hotel mixes the baroque beautiful castle with very modern black-and-white design elements.
