  The staff were very welcoming and helpful on arrival at the hotel and all the way through our stay. We stayed in a Junior Suite which was very spacious and clean. The small kitchen is more than adequate for preparing light snacks. Although we didn't use it there was also a dishwasher and microwave to use if required.   The friendliness and efficiency of the staff. The service and food at the restaurant was nothing short of exceptional.   Our family had a wonderful time. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The spa was very nice. Breakfast was delicious and offered a huge variety for our teenagers with varying tastes. The staff was friendly and helpful. They even gave us 4 large bottles of water as we were leaving when they heard us talking about needing to find a store to buy ... 别人怎么说 » some for the car. Another staff member went out of his way to find a restaurant with specific cuisine for us and printed out a map. - Room interior was superb with great selection of bath amenities. Gym was well equipped and pool facilities were extensive including steam room and sauna. Location was good - nice and quiet being in a less busy street but still close to everything.

  The night staff was great and accommodating, the pool was clean and well kept as was the sauna, the location was excellent, I had a room with a balcony which was lovely, the noise was well insulated out, and the products in the WC were Fragonard!
