A car is essential! - Fully functional place for what I needed (that is, cooking facilities). Additionally I had a private balcony, with sun a couple of hours every day. Loved it! Incredibly quiet place. (You definitely need a car for this place.) A swimming pool! I did not use it, but for next time I probably will!
