We love to stay in this apartment as the room is spacious with many kitchen equipments (except water boiler). My dad could take care of himself with cooking tools while my mom and I were not around. It is very convenient for travellers who like to focus on old historic city as it is only some minutes away but make sure you need to be fit to climb up the rock floor.. Space. It was pretty big the apartment for my famility to stay (couple + 1yr old baby + 3 yrs. old child). The location was perfect. Very close to the castle. The access is very good to go walking. Not recomended to go to the castle with the baby trolley but this has nothing to do with the hotel/appartment. Very very good price/quality ratio.
所有评语 » The great location - it was just a short stroll up to the medieval city but also within walking distance of the 'new' city. It was very useful having a fridge and other basic kitchen facilities. We stayed on two separate occasions - the second studio apartment was much nicer than the first - spacious, clean and pleasant. Unfortunately I didn't get much time to make the most of my stay here as I arrived late and left early but the apartment was enormous and really comfortable, and right next to the castle. Very friendly girl on reception in the morning and great location. Perfect for people wanting to visit Carcassonne. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the appartment was perfect - clean comfortable and spacious, excellent value for money and a wonderful location for exploring the old city. Parking on site for €8.50 was also very useful and good value. We will definitely use this residence again. Easy access from the airport, close to La Cite and the town of Carcassonne, lovely and close to the rivers, some small shops nearby to get a few provisions, we brought a group of friends here aftr. I loved the fact they put us in all four rooms together, thanks excellent stay!. Love the location! It is so close to La Cité! a 5 minute walk uphill and you are there. Also beside le Canal du Midi which is very pretty and also a short walk into the city. Very handy to jump onto L'autoroute for road trips. The hotel itself is very clean and comfortable!. Very friendly staff, reception that speaks English. Room was very clean and spacious. Eco lights in corridors that only come on when someone is there. Very close to La Cite - only takes 5 minutes to get to. Quiet residential area around 10-15 walk into Carcassonne. Location is great. You can walk everywhere, including the citadel. The hotel was a little difficult to find, but once there it was good. Worth having in mind that the reception closes for a few hours at noon, so you need to plan your arrival. Good value for money as a base from which to see Carcassonne and surrounding area. You can walk up to the cite but it was quite a hike. By car it is just a few minutes drive. Secure underground parking facility is excellent. Rooms are fairly spacious and have a basic kitchenette which is great for preparing snacks or breakfast. The buffet breakfast isn't cheap at 9€ but there was a reasonably good choice. We could only find 1 restaurant within walking distance, which was closed when we were the. This hotel is very well located for access to the old walled town. We were able to get free parking outside as it was spring. The room was large and the kitchenette was useful but not equipped to be used. The WiFi worked well. Very good off season price, very quiet, hardly any other guests but a very large complex which would probably be very different in high season. Friendly and helpful staff, short walk to the old-town entry and secure parking under the Hotel. In case you love to find something to eat or shopping in downtown area, it is quite far on foot. You need to walk across the bridge. From train station, if you do not have luggages, you can walk to this hotel (almost half an hour with slow walk). On the other hand, if you have luggages, I suggest you should take taxi. The window blinds weren't brilliant and there was only a net curtain in the living area of the second apartment. We're not too keen on over-bath showers that are the 'hand-held' type. One complaint: I rang the hotel "emergency number" to say I'd be arriving late (and by late I mean ten PM) and the girl was pretty damn rude, when I asked her if she could text me the access code she said, Well I will if you get off the phone. I understand latecomers are a pain but I was very polite so it was just plain bad grace. No curtains and wooden blinds don't keep the light out. Not able to have a proper shower as nowhere to put the shower head, didn't understand that as there's a shower curtain, were we really expected to hold the shower head above our own heads? Couldn't work the safe. No kettle, dangerous to have to boil water for a cup of tea in a large pot. The reception opening hourse for checking in. Too much noise coming from other rooms to include scraping chairs/tables by cleaners at 7.30am! Large groups of young people making a lot of noise late at night in the courtyard area, also making alot of noise in the corradors. Very little in the way of kitchen facilities ie cuttlery, cups etc and nowhere to prepare food at all. Everything was perfect!. Spacious layout outside. But garden overgrown and neglected. Limited space on street so extra cost for hotel parking. Ordinary breakfast for the price. No room cleaning undertaken or fresh towels provided for the second night of our stay. (Maybe due to it being a Sunday?). Aircon very noisy, but luckily we didn't require it on overnight. Nothing. A bit aged throughout. Water pressure very low for shower. Noting (except the abcense of late registration without your request). The blinds in the room did not work and this was very irritating. No corkscrew in the room, one was easily obtained from helpful receptionist. Less items of kitchenware. We were 4 so sofa for two was not that comfortable. It should be cleaner. N/A. didnt stay long enough. Bath had no plug and shower head had no holder on the wall. admission onlyv哦啊死的doorinafternoon赛 and拉特evening. we had a leak in a room during a heavy thunderstorm, but we were given a different room immediately. smell in the appartment was fuggy when we arrived. and the location is near the road that's noisily. Rooms could be modernized a bit, specially the kitchen area. Director-Manager ...very unhelpful, arogant and just not nice person... Very difficult to naviagte the one way system to get to accommodation. Missing 1 blind in sitting area...found in wardrobe and installed myself to keep sun out. No instructions for safe.....a leaflet with diagram would have been helpful instead of having to contact desk. too out of the way. Reception closed 12:00 to 15:00. The bathrooms had a bath which is great but with a hand-held shower fixing - would have been better if it had been a wall attached shower. The shower had no holder so we had to hold the shower head all the time. Poorly equipped kitchenette (no dish cleaning products, no dishcloth, no tea towel, few dishes). No English TV channels. The toilet inside was very stained. Self catering standard was poor. Kitchen was not well equipped, no grill, oven or kettle, just a microwave and 2 electric hobs, a saucepan and a frying pan. Underground car park was an optional extra, very convenient but a bit costly given it was off season. Steep stairs might not suit family. Bit scruffy, but OK. Hotplate and microwave, no oven. It would be nice if there was a fan in the bathroom - just to shift the air after bathing. Hand hold shower is somewhat old fashion - it would be better to have a normal shower.The lighting outside the appartment building was almost non existent, a light hidden by some bushes, no overhead. Difficult to see at night and pretty dangerous. Rooms white and stark, white walls and floors, no rugs and only one pic on the wall. We were told that it is impossible to put a baby cot in the studio room. I didn´t ask why. If you stay in an appartment they don't clean it or change towels etc during your whole stay - unless you stay over 7 days. The staff were quite unhelpful. The spa was cold. The breakfast was not varied enough The reception should be open a little bit longer between 12-3pm. Perhaps they should close at 1pm instead? No kettle in the room was the main negative. Appartment not stuffed with enough kitchen equipment. Not very clean. The A/C didn't work at first then when it did it was very noisy. No cleaning materials for washing-up in the apartment kitchen.
