Clean room, friendly staff. Not situated in the centre of town but close enough to walk although slightly hilly. Lovely quiet area and a two minute walk to the surf beach where you can swim, although there are many steps to go down and back up. Good breakfast - real value for money @ 7€ each. The room was clean and had a kitchen which was helpful. Was bigger than most budget rooms in Europe. Owner/staff was very friendly and helpful even though we struggled to understand each other.

The bed was comfortable and was good! Staff were very friendly and helpful. The stay was perfekt for me.. A family driven hotell with a good friendly atmosphere.. Just a stonethrow from the beach. Beautifully decorated room, welcoming feel, walking distance from see and fine dining. Amazing place, really friendly , next to the magnificent beach, easy parking!. The couple who ran the hotel were both very friendly and extremely helpful. Great location, can walk everywhere in Biarritz. Friendly owners. Great location. 10 minute walk to local surf beach with many surf rental options. Great cafes and bakeries nearby. Le Surf cafe/bar at bottom of the cliff at nearby beach. Lovely couple who ran the hotel. They were very helpful when the rest of our friends had a delayed flight and would be coming in late. Breakfast was worth it too. The hotel was clean, the bed linen new and perfectly white. The location is pretty good, the price OK for such an expensive town as Biarritz. Good value for money; Close to airport shuttle and city center, simple and clean room and continenatl breakfast, friendly staff. Very clean, room included kitchen if you wanted it. Good location to other parts of Biarritz. In a calm street. The room and bathroom were clean. The breakfast for 7 € extra was good and worth the price. not much to like damp smell in the rooms and flies in the hallway. Nothing. Nothing. Everything was great. No window to the outside world made the room damp and warm. Not much privacy with the toilet, it was a just a partition wall with no roof. You would want to be well established with your partner if you know I what I mean. Difficult to find parking. That there is no elevator for handicap people like me it is not so easy but I was staying at first floor so it was not so much to walk but for somebody who is in a wheelchair it is not possible to sleep there. breakfast over priced and rooms very compact. No lift. Pokey bathroom. Dated decor. Wouldn't bother with the 'bread' breakfast. Grab some delicious bakerie food and head down to the beach. A slightly cosy room for a triple. Would not recommend a longer stay, the facilities are really basic. A bit expensive. Toilet integral to room enclosed but no ceiling. Bathrooms are incredibly small. You had to make your stay as early payment services in locations with red lantern. Courtesy of staff could be improved. Well, the room was in the last floor and I had to carry some baggage via the stairs, a bit difficult. Room was small, and bathroom too small. Not too much value for money, but for Biarritz it was in the average for this time of the year in the city (I paid 200 euros for 2 nights, normal price is a reasonable 65 euros per night). The rooms, as well as the later installed bathrooms, are really very small. Also there is no extra space for the luggage. Due to the limited space the rooms are not comfortable and good only for sleeping. For the price we payed I found it too expensive. The manager was rude and aggressive when checking in. I think I just told you what I didn't like. The room I got was tiny and poorly maintained, eg carpet coming up. The bathroom consisted of a plastic dirty cubical and disgusting looking shower curtain. In much need of a re-fit.
