The staff were friendly, helpfull and most generous. The hotel was tastefully furnished, in keeping with the beautiful surroundings of Monaco, as was my room. The staff were very helpful and obliging and it was clean but full of character which was exactly what I wanted. Also the location was perfect, right in the middle of a busy interesting part of town but a short walk to everything else in Monaco. I loved it.
