IFC Residence was my choice for a single night due to its location to many of the main sites in Shanghai (city) also, it is attached directly to the Ritz Carleton and the IFC Mall that gives you many choices when shopping for fashion, gifts and has many food choices. I had a meeting and the "home away from home" feel to it was fantastic. I was able to accommodate my guest in the living room while keeping my personal space private. The design is beautiful, the service was fantastic, the Livin.
所有评语 » Location is centrally located within the financial district and it's beside IFC mall and other stores. Rooms are luxurious and well-appointed. Not crowded and there is free coffee/tea/soda/nuts/chips and cookies at the commonnliving room in the 3rd floor. Indoor pool and gym are great and wi-fi is free and fast. Staff are great, friendly and warm. They can express themselves in English. Worth going back and staying at this hotel again. Superb hotel with stylish decor throughout. Eric and his team run a polished and efficient service. I loved the quiet atmospehere of the residence and the breakfast was good on the whole. It was also lovely to have tea, coffee, biscuits and soft drinks on offer throughout the day on the third floor. The pool on the 26th floor was outstanding. We will definitely be back. The location is excellent and close to the subway station. The room was very clean and big, and the city view from the hotel is really beautiful. Wi-fi is free in every room and you can also have free tea/coffee and cookies/chips all day long =) Moreover the swimming pool is amazing and very quiet at night. location is excellent near to shopping malls, near to Metro. Modern building with excellent facilities. Staff are professional and very helpful. We did enjoy our stay and we would like to stay again in it if we visit Shanghai again. The room was well appointed, good location to subway, quiet, staff were helpful and spoke good English, bed was very comfortable, next door to IFC shopping mall which has a great supermarket for snacks etc. it's location in Pudong central, basement connecting to Metro station, near to riverbank, close to shopping mall, modern design, refreshment availability and kitchen facility. Wonderfully comfortable bed. Good studio room layout with kitchenette, small living room, bedroom and bathroom in a design that didn't feel as compact as it really is. - Hotel ambience, comfrtable, like the perfume used in he lobby - Quiet and relaxing - 26th floor is best to hang out at night. Better than any hotel room. Because its an apartment with tge services of a very good hotel. Location is perfect. Service was very professional and friendly. I had a Visa credit card but it did not work in the hotel, I still do not understand way. not many late night shops for buying snacks or late night restaurants in this area. breakfast - only bread and cereals.. not even have eggs. Wifi service, didn't work in room, so had to re-login by web browser to main IFCR service every time I wanted to use wifi, very frustrating. Limited breakfast selection. Ritz Cartlon room service (limited options) turned up luke-warm every time. - some customers took their child in the swimming pool and its noisy. I think staff should be able to manage this. Only the breakfast can be improved. It's hard for taxi driver to find the entrance. the gym center needs to be more taken care off. Breakfast was simple. The service response speed was slowly. Breakfast is too simple, at least should provide some sandwiches or fry eggs,nothing hot .Disappointed !!! Also, free wifi very unstable,my in- room signal only show one floor below, poor !. As a first time visitor, ifc residence front desk did not provide enough details and were not interested to provide details which as a tourist we would like. Eg. We asked which is the good place to go at 10 pm, they told us to go bund where all the shops were already closed. breakfast, can't even serve an egg~. The rooms offered on the website were Plus 90M2 but when arrived was given 50M2 but then had to argue with the staff and this took me lot of time so wasted lot of precious time . Please take undertaking from the Hotels what offer there rooms on the Web Site that are correct , Its not fair to offer big rooms and then make us explain something which is not right. they give the rooms sizes are as per there Hotel Standard . Please can you explain what is there HOTEL STANDARD. The breakfast was "boring" absolutely, it should be changed or add more food for all guests.
