Budget-friendly accommodation, as well as the shuttle bus service to and from the airport, which was also made available for our own convenience (with a bit of waiting for a scheduled passenger pick-up run).
Excellent restaurant next door. Shuttle back and forth from airport anytime is a big plus. Staff spoke good english.
Good facilities, especially the restroom. Good free transport service to airport.

I liked the ride from and to the airport. They picked me up fairly quickly. The staff at the reception did not speak English, and for some reason they said my card was declined, even though I had used it earlier that day and even the next day and it worked fine (so I don't know why, so I had to pay cash).

Breakfast was included but we found it almost inedible and went to the nearby stalls instead. In future, just leave it out of the advertising.
There was no breakfast as mentioned in the online guide. The staffs can speak poor English.
Did not answer the phone when I tried to arrange transfer from the airport, ended up waiting more than an hour for an honest taxi.

The breackfast was very poor.
I did not like the cleanliness of the room, the walls had webs as if they were not cleaned in a long time, and the whole room needed to be painted big time. After seeing that situation, I was uncomfortable touching anything in the room, but it was too late at night to try find a new place. The next day at 7am it started becoming fairly loud outside the room with the cleaning staff and the maintenance folks.
Rooms are not clean, no hot water. We book a double room and they try to give us only one breakfast and charge for the other.
