  I visited Beijing in March 2013 found this wonderful little jewel of a hotel in tourist guide to China. I booked for one night only, but stayed 3 nights. The authentic atmosphere, the helpful and friendly staff was quite overwhelming. Just felt at home here.   The location is excellent, close to Forbidden City .Tiananmen Square and short walk go to a beautiful Jingshan park. Close to the Beihai Park and bar street. Not a big hotel but practically characteristic, fresh supply of towels and beddings everyday. For the price of the hotel I think this is a value. Helpful staff - we arrived at 8 in the morning and still got a room immediately (it was cleaned quickly for us to move in). I also liked the hotel design with the open courtyard.   Super friendly, helpful staff. The rooms were gorgeous and with a great location this hotel made for a wonderful place to stay in Beijing. - The staff women were amazing.
