  It's one of the recently renovated hotels and for the price you pay it's excellent value. Great location (5-10 min walk from the affluent streets) , breakfast is great, staff is polite and helpful.   I loved the location. A couple of blocks from busy Avenida Paulista. Staff is very corteous with the exception of the girl who works the morning shift. Breakfast is good!
