IBIS Hervelee is a business-focussed property in a service area off the main road. It is very well done. My room was possibly the cleanest hotel room I have ever stayed in. The double glazing very effectively kept the noise from the road out and the floor to ceiling curtains were blackout so I could sleep in the summer evening. The air conditioning unit was highly efficient. There was a very wide desk with easy-to-access power sockets. Wifi was exceptionally fast and free to connect, with no co.
所有评语 » Excellent business hotel, and just on the outskirts of Leuven for the City visitor. Staff are first class. The bed is among the most comfortable I have ever slept in, in a hotel. Rooms spotless, WiFi is excellent and always works. No complaints about this hotel. In fact it is so good I have arranged for all my travel to Belgium to be based there. It's brand new and so very clean. But there is also a very nice walking path out the back door. And surprisingly quiet. I wouldn't spend any vacation days here, it's right on the highway but for a fast stop when you're tired, just fine. It is a hotel attached to a motorway services. If you are using it as a place to stay at the end of a travel day enroute to somewhere (not stopping to site see, it is perfect. The restaurant was surprisingly good. The seats are uncomfortable plastic kind, you need to get a tray, you can't get a second cup of coffee. Dinner is overpriced and tasteless. Breakfast is exceptionally overpriced for what you get. Don't purchase the included breakfast AT ALL. Buy a la carte if you are going to eat here.. Nothing at all. No hot beverage making facility in room. Poor quality standard of food in restaurant/ no desserts left - evening meal time. Nothing to complain about. we traveled with a small baby and usually expect that hotel would have a baby cot available, it did not. would like more channels on the television. nothing. couldn't open the windows, curtains would not shut completely. location , very isolated, it is not even at a proper service station so very few extra facilities. Parking looks not real safe to me, no cameras. Breackfast at 14 euro is awesomely too expensive for what you get!! No hair dryer , room quite cold , heating not working. nothing. would have been nice if the beds were softer (I have arthritis, so its just a personal thing). Cost of breakfast seemed excessive. Too expensive. No facilities for making hot drinks in the bedroom. Coffee downstairs very expensive.
